Apirak Notary Service provides document certification, authentication, and other notarial services as permitted under the regulations of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

2. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and original documents necessary for the performance of our services. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if the documents or identities provided appear fraudulent or legally insufficient.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the proper execution of notarial acts. We are not liable for the content, legality, or future consequences of the documents we notarize. We do not provide legal advice unless specifically engaged to do so under a separate legal representation agreement.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
